Description:
------------
imap_headers() is the only function which returns user_flags. There are two more functions which could also return them: imap_headerinfo() and imap_fetch_overview().

I implemented the missing functionality and built a patch against php-4.2.2 (php_imap.c-1.112.2.1) (sorry for using this outdated version) which can be found at

http://213.164.26.197/pub/php/php-4.2.2-imap-user_flags.patch

Regards,
Andreas

After more than 10 years, there would appear to be no appetite for this change.

I'm closing this report.

If anyone reading thinks I'm wrong, please open a PR on github.
