PHP 3.0.12
When trying to compile php-3.0.12 receive error apxs unrecognized option -W1
This was fixed in 3.0.7 but now seems to have resurfaced in 3.0.12
apxs --help gives 
apxs -g -n <modname>
       apxs -q <query> ...
       apxs -c [-o <dsofile>] [-D <name>[=<value>]] [-I <incdir>]
               [-L <libdir>] [-l <libname>] <files> ...
       apxs -i [-a] [-n <modname>] <dsofile> ...
NO -W1
