getrusage does not work on windows:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getrusage() in g:\www\se\developer.php on line 99"

However the manual says nothing about it only working on Linux (which i'm guessing is it's only environment, considering windows doesn't deal with that sort of information).

I did RTFM (having just looked up 'RTFM' on google!). I did a text search for the word 'windows' too in my manual before reporting it!!!! :p

However it seems to be on the online manual, but not the copy i have (4.2+ version).
