i am trying to connect oracle on my nt 4.0 server using php 3.0.6  on IIS 4.0 and the odbc returns me this error.

1) if i use microsoft ODBC for oracle.
   Error Number IM002. and IM003.

2)if using oracle native ODBC driver then returns 
IM004.

please guide me towards these errors
