This is a cosmetic / usability issue, not a bug.

The user contributed notes for some web site documentation pages are getting quite long, and they are ordered in ascending chronological order.

This means that the more relevant information is at the end of the page, and additionally it is hard to ascertain at a glance if there are any new contributions.

I suggest modifying the notes such that the more recent items are displayed first.
