There really isn't a PHP version 4.5 and some people that find themselves at snaps.php.net get confused.  Being that 4.5 is larger than 4.3, one might assume it's newer.  This is not the case as 4.5 is old (4.3.1) with only a few almost random commits/updates.  Very few commits ever make it into this confusing 4.5

This is a request to remove PHP version 4.5 from being listed at snaps.php.net  Also, the fact that it's even listed here is a bug as it only hurts the QA process.

Ideally the uneeded branch would be deleted from CVS but that goes beyond the scope of this phpweb bug.
