Problem:
After installing PHP on NT 4.0 I ran php.exe but received an error that it cannot load the odbc32.dll module.
Cause:
WinNT does not come install odbc32.dll and odbcint.dll. It is part of the iis installation and also of the office installation, but will not be copied to the system automatically.
PHP needs these dll's to run.
Solution: 
Just copy odbc32.dll and odbcint.dll from the NT cd to the winnt or system32 directory. They both appear in 
the \i386\inetsrv\odbc directory of the CD.
