The file upload is extremely slow also on local Ethernet :
not more than 3Kb/sec ! Final content is correct, but
httpd runs at 100% for a long before to finish.

e.g. : a 500 Kb image file needs about 210 sec at 90/100 %
cpu to upload.
The same file with php 3.0.11 needs < 5 sec

Apache is 1.3.9 (only php4 module)

fixed in CVS (buffer sizein SAPI was defined too small)
