get_meta_tags() has a small bug.
SYPNOSIS
There are many sites over the Internet which use extremely big meta tags for keywords or description.
Some HTML editors have the bad habbit to break down meta tags with the new line character (like frontpage).
get_meta_tags() function will parse any meta tag unless it contains a newline character.
If the meta tag continues into a 2nd line, the parsing of the meta tag stops, and no output is given.
I know this is not a real bug, and surely its not php3's fault for the appearance of new line characters, but good there be possibly a solution for this kind of problems?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP.
Unfortunately, PHP 3 is no longer supported. Please download
the latest version of PHP 4 from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP.
