hi~

I'm korean....
I'm designnig the homepage contained USENET service with php script...
Everything is going well except one problem....
that problem is to decode incoded characters...

the example of incoded characters---------

iso-8859-1
utf-8
utf-7
ks_c_5601-1
euc-kr
----------------------------

According to the php manual,'base64_decode' function could only decode 'euc-kr'..
I couldn't find any other function to solve it in php manual.
if it can't be solved in php script,
I would like to know whatever can solve this decoding problem.

I really need your good advice....

take care.....

Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP.
