I installed the Apache version 2.0.43. After that I copied the php binaries into my apache directory in "php". Finally I added this lines to my http.conf:
LoadModule php4_module php/sapi/php4apache2.dll
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

When I try to run apache I got the following error:
apache: module "C:\php4build\snap\sapi\apachefilter2\sape_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903). Please contact the vendor for the correct version.

PHP 5.2.0 crashed Apache 5.2.3 on windows 2000, as soon as I load any PHP script....

PHP 5.1.6 + Apache 5.2.3 on the same system works flawless.

I have changed numerous settings, nothings helps, it just crashes as soon as I load a PHP script.

Doesn't matter how short the script, it crashes Apache
