normaly, if you import a float from a dbase database, you will get a float in php. but if you did setlocale(LC_ALL,"nl_NL"); first, the float from dbase is converterd to an integer. the decimal part is just lost

i think this is becous the NL locale use , instead of . as the seperator

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
