I've tested PHP 3.0b6 on WebSite, Pi3WEB, and about 4 other smaller servers.

I know the settings for the servers are set properly, as I can use any other program (Perl, Python, ect).

Problem is, a URL such as:
http://host.com/program.php3

Says "Missing Input File" from PHP.EXE ..

But, the URL:
http://host.com/program.php3/program.php3

Will operate just fine. When PHP.EXE is spawned from anything other then dos (And DOS does work when called as PHP.EXE program.php3), it fails to run.

I can't get PWS/IIS to run. I've tested this on 2 computers with 6 web servers. They all run as expected when the URL is /program.php3/program.php3 (though $PHP_SELF still shows as just "/program.php3"). And they all fail when called simply as /program.php3.
