I have found a bug on page features.html
[chm date: 2002-08-14]...

I downloaded filename:php_manual_sample_7.zip

I can't see any text at left treeview bar,but i can click
the link at left bar then right side will show its content!

My windows HTML Control version is 4.74.9723.
Is my windows html help control old?

Well, this is not a bug in our CHM, it's a bug in your viewer, you may try to update from the MS site
