To compile with Apache2filter (--with-apxs2), I needed to change the macro name in php-4.2.2/sapi/apache2filter/php_functions.c from

MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST

to

AP_MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST

as the declaration has changed in the Apache ap_mmn.h include file.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation 
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
