Please add reference to Apache's sources into the capter
"Preparations"
because it's just impossible to build php as the Apache's
module without it.

I would like to add something like that:
(somewhere after the words "...Before you get started, you have a lot to download..." )
-------------------

- If you are going to compile PHP as the Apache's module please get <a href="http://httpd.apache.org/dist/httpd/">Apache's sources</a> for your version of Apache.

-------------------
Hope that this will help sombody!

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.
