I configure PHP using :

./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs

make dies with :

php_functions.c:93:27: missing binary operator before '!'

Looking at php_functions.c there is a definition of MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST(), but grepping the source tree doesn't seem to find where it would be defined. I changed it to be consistent with other MAGIC_MODULE comparisons:

#if MODULE_MAGIC_NUMBER < 20020506

and everything seems to work.

To build the Apache 2 module, you need the latest CVS of both PHP and Apache 2.

As Troy, compiling for apxs2, i've had the error
php_unctions.c:93:27: missing binary operator before '!'.
Using:
#if MODULE_MAGIC_NUMBER < 20020506
the make program fails.

Instead, I've used:
#if !MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST == (20020506,0)
and make was ok.

I'm not a c programmer so, my solutions is good? Make and
make install was ok!!
