The .zip binary distribution of PHP 4.2.0 appears to be missing certain extensions. I can't locate the following extensions:

php_yaz.dll
php_ldap.dll
php_imap.dll
php_snmp.dll

I currently am using scripts that require all of these modules and cannot even begin to test my site to upgrade to the latest version of php.

FYI: http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip contains all the missing dlls.

They will all be included in 4.2.1 which is scheduled for release on Monday, May 13.
