Error_Reporting is E_All

The Script is eyther:

its named test.php and is located in: c:\apache\htdocs\test\

Wenn i run the Script in the explorer with: 
127.0.0.1/test.php?test=something

I get the Notice:
Notice: Undefined variable: test in c:\apache\htdocs\test\test.php on line 1

also when i use the Form, input some text and submit it, there is always this Error-(Notice).

I turned Error reporting to all, becouse none of my Forms are working!

PLS help,...
...of course it's just a misconfiguration,...

In PHP 4.2.0, the 'register_globals' setting default changed to
be off. See http://www.php.net/release_4_2_0.php for more info.
