Hi,

the php.ini-dist seems to have a bug in the extensions section.

"php_gd.dll" should be "php_gd2.dll" to be found when loading. This is because you renamed the dll, but forgot to rename the name of the dll in "php.ini-dist". This might cause trouble for some users.

Please read my bug-report for missing files too...

Actually php_gd.dll is missing from the distro.
Let's keep all the missing dlls in one bug report.

They can all be found in 4.2.1 now..
