The documents "changes.php3" and "why_beta.php3" on the
PHP3 website (and perhaps other documents) should mention
that there is currently no support for access logging.
Since access logging was supported in the previous version,
its absence in this version deserves mention.  It would
also be a good idea to indicate whether support for this
will be added, or it has been dropped permanently.
