There are already a lot of posts on php3 lists concerning this problem
in 3.0.11.
 As I've been peeking in apache/include/ap_config.h
and hsregex.h , php/regex/regex.h  /usr/include/regex.h it seems
that the sistem header files gets included twice.

A simple work around was to bundle php regexp lib and it worked.

You mean like reported in #1614 and #1616?

Already fixed in CVS.
