PHP 4.0.6 WIN32 precompiled binary
Apache 1.3.22 WIN32 precompiled binary
Apache has content negotiation (multiview) enabled

test script: test.php <?php var_dump($HTTP_GET_VARS); ?>

if I access the file via

http://localhost/test.php?i=1, it works

but if I use

http://localhost/test?i=1, $HTTP_GET_VARS becomes null

Already reported (and probably Apache bug):

This indeed is Apache bug. I can reproduce this with Apache 1.3.22.
