The closing #endif for the #ifdef _STDC_ directive seems to be in the wrong place in the oracle.h header. It's currently slap bang in the middle of the oraCursor structure definition, which doesn't make sense. Commenting that #endif out and placing it just after the #include "ociapr.h" line seems to fix this problem - seems the logical place to put it.
