I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I don't think these are matched up correctly:

Average life of a report: 53 days 22 hours 11 minutes 13 seconds 
Median life of a report: 10 hours 7 minutes 36 seconds 
Slowest report closure: 1 day 1 hours 12 minutes 32 seconds 
Quickest report closure: 14 days 3 hours 27 minutes 54 seconds 

It doesn't make sense the quickest closure is 13 days longer than the slowest closure. Also look at the average/median values....
