This happens whenever trying to start Apache with PHP 3.0.7:
Syntax error on line 70 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: API module structure `php3_module' in file /etc/httpd/lib/apache/libphp3.so is garbled - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO

The ./configure script was run with --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-pgsql=/usr

Compilation made a warning that "palloc" was redefined.

There was a conflict between PostgreSQL and another extension.
Updating to the latest of either/both should fix this problem.
