Using the testmenu, the mSQL and Postgres test suites have
not yet been updated to php3. Filenames don't end in
.php3t and the escape terminator is > rather than ?>

(I think all that needs to be done for the mSQL is to
change the > to a ?> and change the filename. That is
what I did and it worked. I don't have Postgres, so
I didn't fool with that test suite, but you get 
awk error messages while in testmenu that awk couldn't
open pg95/*.php3t files.)

True, but since nobody really has time to write thorough
test suites for PHP3, I simply removed the mSQL tests
from the distribution.
