Description:
------------
Hello.
Php 7.4 fpm problem.
I am using a site on bitrix + phpmyadmin (nginx+php-fpm).
My system FreeBSD 11.3

The site bitrix needs variables:
mbstring.func_overload = 2
mbstring.internal_encoding = utf-8

The phpmyadmin needs variables:
mbstring.func_overload = 0

In /usr/local/etc/php.ini default.
mbstring.func_overload
mbstring.internal_encoding

php -v
PHP 7.4.9 (cli) (built: Aug 20 2020 16:47:50) ( NTS )
Copyright (c) The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.4.0, Copyright (c) Zend Technologies
    with Zend OPcache v7.4.9, Copyright (c), by Zend Technologies

/usr/local/etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf
[bitrix]
php_admin_value[mbstring.func_overload] = 2
php_admin_value[mbstring.internal_encoding] = utf-8

Two php-fpm sockets for php processing
/tmp/bitrix
/tmp/phpmyadmin

Does not work.
If I specify variables (mbstring.func_overload = 0 and mbstring.internal_encoding = utf-8) in php.ini, then the site works.
But phpmyadmin stops working.
How to be, there was no such problem in php 7.2 / 7.3.
