A minor one...the online manual instructions (http://bugs.php.net/manual/install-windows95-nt.php) for installing the 95/NT version are for PHP 3. The readme that comes with the downloadable binaries has instructions for the ISAPI version, but specifically says that is not the recommended method, and to use CGI if you desire stability.  As it turns out the instructions are the same as the online instructions for IIS 4 and PHP3.

There is no change in the methods for installing php4 on Windows as opposed to php3.

Problem addressed.
We should clarify instructions to include php4 however.
