Default value for parameter "$flag" should be zero, according the english parameter description : "It defaults to 0, but you may specify one or more of the following values..."

Expected result:

bool msg_receive ( resource $queue , int $desiredmsgtype , int &$msgtype , int $maxsize , mixed &$message [, bool $unserialize = true [, int $flags = 0 [, int &$errorcode ]]] )

Actual result:
--------------
bool msg_receive ( resource $queue , int $desiredmsgtype , int &$msgtype , int $maxsize , mixed &$message [, bool $unserialize = true [, int $flags [, int &$errorcode ]]] )

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
