I'm experiencing an issue viewing the PHP Documentation pages in FireFox 3.6.6.

I can browse the PHP.net website OK, but as soon as I visit any documentation page FireFox seems periodically hang until I either close the tab or navigate to another tab in the browser.

Obviously this is stopping me using the manual pages :(

I did think it was an issue with my plug-ins/add-ons, but I have disabled them all and the problem persists.

Any ideas?

What mirror are you using to access the pages?  Does it work better if you try a 
different mirror?  Does it work better if you use a different browser?

I was using uk.php.net, but tried uk2.php.net, uk3.php.net, www.php.net and the problem was still there in FF.

Safari seems OK.
Chrome seems OK.
IE seems OK.

This sounds more like it may be a localized Firefox issue than anything.  I'm 
able to navigate any page of any mirror I choose using Firefox 3.6.12 on Linux.  
You may want to try upgrading, and - if that doesn't work - submit a bug report 
to the Mozilla Firefox project.

I was having a similar issue with Firefox 3.6.13 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 and narrowed the issue down to a Firefox Add-on Operator 0.9.5.6. As soon as I disabled it the PHP Manual pages loaded without issue.

Whaat.. When I used to use Firefox I used Operator and it never caused me any 
issues. Operator is pretty much the only extension that can use all our pretty 
markup :]
