The directive to "see the manual section for information" is rather 
generic and unhelpful, when it could simply link to the relevant page: 
"Where a configuration setting may be set" 
http://www.php.net/manual/en/configuration.changes.modes.php

Expected result:

A link to the relevant section, or at least the section name or number.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
