php_dbase.dll does not appear anymore on PHP 5.3.0 or present snapshonts
(august). I need this extension, is very important for me.

the php_dbase.dll from 5.2.x version doesn't run anymore on PHP 5.3 on
windows.

dbase is unmaintained and moved to PECL though its yet to have a release
there.
