On the page http://ca2.php.net/manual/en/pdostatement.bindparam.php when I click the "add a note" link at the top of the page, it 404's. This seems to apply to the other mirrors, too.

Expected result:

No 404.

(works fine on ca. and ca3. for example)

I must have been redirected back to ca2 when I tried going to www.

So it looks like a problem with just the one mirror then, as far as I know.

A change to our custom rsync script on ca2.php.net introduced a bug 
that was not properly synchronizing files in the manual/** directory 
over the last few days.

This has been updated and the mirror appears to be back to normal.
