The QA problem has a mistake at the homepage:

At the first and second link after the MD5 the name for the 5.3 beta zip is placed, while at the third and last link the name for thr 5.2.9 RC is placed. The entries should probarly be switched over.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
