The uk3.php.net website is having issues at the moment.
Some pages just do not load; others have garbled text at the top of each 
page.

Goto http://uk3.php.net/pdf to see the problem.

I am also having this issue on the uk3.php.net mirror only.

This does not happen on function specific pages. As far as I can tell some affected pages are:

/manual/en/class.*
/manual/en/book.*
/manual/en/refs.*
And some individual pages such as getting-started.php
This does not affect the manual frontpage either.

UK3 needs deactivating for now if anyone can do it.
