PHP 5.3 Win32 Debug Pack available at http://snaps.php.net/ is invalid. It does not contain any pdb files. The file is identical to php-5.3-dev.zip.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Download php-5.3-dev.zip and Debug pack and compare the two files by content.

Expected result:
----------------
Files should be different, Debug Pack should contain debug symbols, not a PHP instalation.

Actual result:
--------------
These files are identical.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
