The PayFlow Pro extension has been deprecated and can no longer be found in PECL. Please update the docs to reflect this.

Sorry, I should have left a comment here before you spent time on that patch. 

This extension will be removed from the manual, but we need to come up with a nice way to document removed extensions, and keep track of their old ids.

Also, this bug is a duplicate of #41341

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
