Description:

When I use the search field on the start page to search the 
documentation I get redirected to se2.php.net, which is a server that 
does not respond. 

My location is Gothenburg, Sweden, so I assume that I'm being redirected 
to a local mirror, however, that mirror seems to be offline.

I've tried ping'ing the address, but there's no response. se2.php.net 
resolves to php.burken.nu, and neither that domain not www.burken.nu is 
reachable.

I can't see any way to manually select another mirror, so the 
documentation search feature is unusable from my location.

Expected result:
----------------
See the documentation for the getImageSize function.

Actual result:
--------------
The web browser reports that the request timed out.

The mirror is up&running again.

Btw: If you are "unhappy" with the mirror you can pick anotherone from www.php.net/my.php :)
