md5sums for .tar.gz and .tar.bz2 the same.  Think that the one for the .tar.bz2 is incorrect - download from Hurricane Electric gives md5sum of 1fe14ca892460b09f06729941a1bb605.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
