"Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /var/www/de.php.net/www/manual/en/ref.xml.php on line 727"
while trying to open
"http://de.php.net/manual/en/ref.xml.php".

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

See bug#40303 (already fixed in cvs).

We are working as fast as we can, but it will take few 
hours for all mirrors (including www.php.net) to catch up.
