Bug #40005 Insulting e-mail address in user notes

Description:
------------
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.domdocument-get-elements-by-tagname.php

The third user comment on this page has an insulting e-mail address attached to it: 'nukebaghdad at yahoo dot co dot uk'

Since there are 7 million people in Baghdad, that person is advocating a greater genocide than the Nazis undertook against the Jews. I believe that e-mail address might contravene many countries anti race hate laws.

It's very upsetting to see race-hate appearing on PHP.net. This should be removed with all haste. Sorry if this isn't the right place to make this complaint, but couldn't see an e-mail address or suitable mailing list to make a complaint to.

Maybe there should be a 'Report to administrator' link added to each comment. Just an idea.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Note removed (and the one referring to it), useless
information anyway.

Regarding 'report to administrator' link.. sounds like a
good idea to me. Doubt it will be implemented in the near
future though.
