Description:
------------
The whole PHP.net website is malformed in IE7 RC1, I emailed with Hannes Magnusson about it who confirmed that he changed the CSS so I am aspecting it's due to CSS.

If you navigate to a function the content area is blank and the language selector is showen on top of the content area.

And there are other problems when navigation through the website.

Best Regards,
Jan Jaap Hakvoort

Reproduce code:
---------------
Install IE7

Expected result:
----------------
PHP.net (all servers) not accessible anymore

Actual result:
--------------
PHP.net down

In web speak: "site down" means it is not accessible regardless of the browser used. So please adjust your wording, this bug does not mean that "php.net is down".

Unfortunately *I* have no way to test in IE 7 RC1 (not until someone shows me a way to setup IE 7 RC1 on Ubuntu Linux). However, this will not stop others to experiment and find solutions.

Thanks for the report.

It has been working fine, Hannes has changed CSS so that is most likely the reason that it doesn't work. Why not switching back imidiatly to the old CSS configuration??? Instead of waiting for other IE users to experience problems.

I never said _I_ changed it, I said it _was changed_.

IE7 is currently, afaik, in beta phase. We are not going
to revert the web upgrade just to please few IE7 users.

Nonetheless, could you please show us at least a
screenshot? We do not have the ability to run IE..

Hi!

I was actualy viewing in Beta3, since I use multiple computers. On RC1 it's perfectly viewable.
