Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Hello

I agree that an existing bug report already describes this problem. I can see that from bug report id 2982 and 38932. 
However the links in these bug reports which say where the installers are held suffer the same problem, the installers are not listed.

Please advise where the installer for version 5 can be found

There is no windows installer for 5.1.6.
