When I try to search the function list, I am automaticly redirected to the il2 mirror. Which would have been OK if the server wern't unavailable so many times.
This effectivly blocks me from using php.org site.

Loads fine for me. 

The mirror tests check connectivity hourly, so this appears fixed.
