Hello,
The php_manual_pl.chm file on Your website is damaged. It is 410,944 bytes; should be something over 4MB. I've tried to download this few months ago and it was damaged already then...
(I mean - not the file is demaged but the content)

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
