India mirror (in) is down or has some problem; it's throwing 404. See <http://in.php.net/url>

Mirror 2 (in2) is working fine.

in.php.net problem resolved. Also in2.php.net is not listed in the main mirrors page cos it was out of sync for a while. This is also resolved and its in sync now. I think it should it be listed back in sometime.
