After submitting a request for a CVS account, the footer of the thank you page does not use the website style correctly. The font is default, large and does not use the correct colours.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Submit a CVS account request from http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php using the mirror provided by web hosting talk.

Expected result:
----------------
The footer should look like the rest of the pages on php.net

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
