Cannot download any of the Windows installers from the download.php page. I've tried multiple computers. Here's the link it says "Page Not Found"

Some mirror sites have problems with the executable files. Until the problem is fixed you can use il.php.net, for example, to download the installer:

  http://il.php.net/downloads.php

This is already fixed on our side, it's just that the mirrors didn't update their commands to update our content.

I think it's about time that at least static.php.net will have the files right... it *IS* the main site, after all...
