Description:
------------
I tried searching the bug datebase with http://bugs.php.net/search.php . The "search for all words" setting should result in "All search terms are required." according to the help. This is not the case. As far as I can see, there is no difference in choosing "all words" or "any words".

Reproduce code:
---------------
The following settings were used:
Find Bugs with all or any of the words: max_input_time max_execution_time Fatal error
Display all bugs on one page
all words are required
Sort by: relevance
Ascending
Return only bugs with status: All
Category: General Issues

Expected result:
----------------
Only the bug descriptions containing all of the entered search terms should be returned.

Actual result:
--------------
As far as I can see, all bug descriptions containing any of the search terms are returns, just as choosing the "any word" option.

I cannot replicate. Using your settings with the term "max_input_time max_execution_time Fatal error" I get 261 results using ANY and 0 results using ALL.

If you are by chance using terms with a length of three or less see bug #28664

I also can't produce it again. Checked for reprocability by opening the search page in another browser and reentering all the settings... it worked then. So I guess the bug has been fixed since opening this bug.
